I LOVE these boots. From the first impression of the packaging all the way to the sole of the boots, I felt I had made a great choice. The boots are exactly as pictured and are of excellent quality. This was my first purchase but will be back for sure! There is also a pair of flats I’ve been eyeing so my second purchase may come sooner rather than later……

I like the booties, I hope they don’t stretch too much as I had to exchange and size down 1/2 a size

The return process was very difficult. Paid $16 to ship because no q.r. codes were sent to me and links were blank pages to exchange or return. It felt like a con. Would recommend this shoe but through a different site.

I've been looking for a leather slip-on shoe that is: 1. A little western 2. A little glam 3. A little boho 4. Around 1.5" heel height 5. Neutral colors for wardrobe versatility 6. Well-made with stitched sole 7. Unique so not worn by a lot of people I love Freebirds' Randi and own a pair in an obsolete gray snakeskin. However, they're a little too high-heeled for 5 hours of wear. I found my solution in the Shy Town!! So happy with this purchase. Now the cons: 1. I imagine the upper is made tall to avoid the shoe sliding off your foot since it is a full d'orsay. However, it's too tall for my liking. I would love an offering with about 1.5" cut off of it. 2. The middle arch area is a little too narrow and cuts into my foot a little. However, I discovered to my delight that due to wiring in the leather upper, I could adjust the tightness a little so I did. This helped, plus a little break-in. Genius! 3. I am closer to 9.5 than 9 so I bought the 9.5. It is a little big and slips on my heel a little when I walk. I'll probably put in a heel insert. 4. I would love to see a half d'orsay offering as this would also help the shoe stay on. Wore them for an all day recording in Nashville - from a 7:00 am drive to getting home at 12:20 am. Yes, really. The outter part of by booties appeared to by unclean. I was a little disappointed, however I am wearing them today for the first time. Very cute!

I bought a pair of python print booties from Target several years ago and constantly received compliments about them. Wore them so much that the vinyl-leather material has started to crack so was looking for a replacement. Thanks to my Insta feed I had been watching Diba True for months and when I needed a replacement there these were. The materials, with the wood block heel, the leather heel and the soft suede-like upper is really nice, though I was surprised the upper was soft/not sure what it's made of. I will likely buy from here again.

I was hesitant because these booties had a slit on the side and wasn’t sure if it would slide off more easily or be drafty, but the minute I put them on they were so comfortable, fit like a glove and I just love the style. I’m going back to buy the stone color!

I love "Shy Town" boots. They fit so comfortable, I wasn't sure the cut out would work for me, but I don't even notice it. Going back for another color, I wish it was easier to choose!!

Pleasantly surprised by this purchase. These shoes were comfortable right out of the box and I’ve received a number of compliments. One of my favorite pairs of shoes—and I have many!

I love the booties. The color is wonderful.The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because they do run a little big. But I love them and will inserts.

Boots came with stains on them & two different color shades; the pair did not match. Returned immediately

The sizing is not consistent in my experience. In the store, the shoes fit My experience with the last representative I dealt with with was not customer-oriented. I felt like never doing business again with your company after said communications.

Honestly, my daughter loved her lovely boots. How do you improve perfection? You and your products are over the moon.
I loved the look of the bootie but it was so wide there was no way I could begin to wear it. I do have a more narrow foot but I could have put 2 of my feet in the width.
Love the style because they look like boots. Like the versatility(open sides) which allows them to be worn with white slacks and khakis during the spring and summer.

Hi I’m brand new to Diba True.. They are so comfortable right off the bat and at a great price!! I would love more colors and also please make your blackish blue (?) year round. I’m so sad I missed it. A great color that goes with everything either dressing up or down. ❤️

These Shy Town booties are chic and fabulous! After reading reviews I purchased the brown combo in 10m and the fit it perfect. Sometimes I wear a 9.5, but 10m was best in this brand. I I have a medium foot with slightly smaller ankle. I love these so much I just went back for the stone color!
