Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Diba True®. We greatly appreciate your business. To provide you with the best service possible, please follow the instructions listed below to return or exchange your item.

Start your Return



  • Shipping is FREE on all orders over $75.00.
  • Your order will be shipped the same day if placed before 2 pm CST, assuming your payment processes successfully. Holidays and weekends excluded.
  • Orders are shipped WEEKDAYS only. Weekend orders will be shipped the following Monday. Holidays excluded.
  • Expect to receive your order in 3-5 weekdays after shipment. 
  • Couriers: USPS or FedEx


Return Policy:

  • Returned or exchanged items MUST BE UNWORN, CLEAN, AND IN NEW CONDITION.
  • Items can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable and there is an $4.99 per order restocking fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse.
  • Refunds are always issued to the original method of payment. 
  • Start by visiting our Returns Center.
  • Items scheduled for a return / exchange outside of the current return center and return procedure are not guaranteed a refund/ exchange if items are not received.

  • Visit the Returns Center and enter the order number and zip code to start your return.
  • If the style you requested is out of stock, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment and the returns fee will be applied. (see above)

Please Note:  Clearance Items and Final Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange. Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded. All purchases are final on Clearance items, E-Gift Cards, and standard Gift Cards.

 Diba Imports guarantees against manufacturer's defects for 1 year. Normal wear and tear do not qualify. If you feel the merchandise is defective and it was purchased from this website, please contact us by emailing returns@dibashoes.com with a description of the issue and images if you have them available.





Where can I send my Returns?

Please visit our returns center: https://dibatrue.happyreturns.com/ and follow the directions and a pre-paid return label will be provided for you, you can drop it off at any UPS locations near you our return address is 3630 Corporate Trail Dr. Earth City, MO 63045.

What if it just doesn't fit?

If the item(s) purchased on our website don't fit, you may return your unworn footwear within 30 days of the original date you received the item. There is no additional charge for an exchange. Please follow the return instructions https://dibatrue.happyreturns.com/ 

Can I get a refund if I bought the shoes at another store or website?

You can only get a REFUND from the merchant where you purchased your shoes. If you think you have a ‘factory defect’, please return the shoes to the merchant and let them know. They will handle the issue with Diba True directly. If you attempted to get a refund but were unable, and your shoes are unworn, please send an email to: returns@dibashoes.com explaining what happened and we can help you.
