I really looked forward to receiving this casual shoe for travel, and I've worn this brand before, however, I wear an 8 in a closed-toe shoe/boot, I also have a narrow foot with a high arch and these run a little too short on the front end, I've never worn a 8.5. I wanted to love these, but now a little disappointed 😞.

Runs very short. I sized up a half size from my usual loafer size. A great shoe to shift travel wear from super casual up a notch. It’s the cute gold chain that sets it off. I ordered to take on a cruise.

I love the shoe it’s beautiful and I’m keeping this pair but it is just a tad bit small. I really needed a size 9 and I’ve never worn a 9. I might order another because I love it so much I’d buy a back up pair!

Love the look of this shoe but the sizing is off. It’s just a tad short for the size. The toe box is narrow and the heel is wide. Even on my narrow foot the toe box is too tight. Also, please either add some arch support or make the insole removable so it can be replaced with arch supporting insoles. Sadly, will need to return due to no arch support. I wanted something more stylish for a trip to Europe instead of athletic shoes. These would be perfect if the fit was better.

I absolutely love these shoes ...they are a great style and I wanted to rate them high. Unfortunately, they slip off my heel and sound like a flip flop when I walk in them and I will have to return them. I've tried them on three times and tried pads ..but ultimately ..these will be difficult to walk in when I especially wanted them for traveling.

I was so very, very pleased with the sevice I got from Christy Lewis. She provided service that I thought didn't exist any more. My order came promptly, she made sure the shoes had no defects since I had a poor experience getting them through DSW. Her good service and making sure I got a well inspected pair made me into a Diba True fan! This model has both comfort and style for my tired feet. I loved the style so much and had almost given up on getting a pair. I cannot say enough about Christy's work ethic. I do hope your company appreciates her as much as I do. I love the shoes!

The shoes were a little small but I was able to wear them and stretch them. I love the look and hopefully they will be very comfortable.

Beautiful shoe it was too large !’im in between sized because of weight loss !

Padding in the footbed is not soft and supportive. It’s very stiff and the shoe does not bed with the foot.

We understand how important it is for footwear to provide proper cushioning and conform to the shape of your feet for optimal comfort. It might be helpful for you to try an insert. Kind Words is extremely versatile, design to be worn all day, however the additional support of an insert might be helpful for your experience.

Love these shoes. Beautiful soft leather. They are very comfortable. I wear a size 10 and felt the shoe was just a tad short. Not enough to size up. Overall would highly recommend!

They don’t even deserve 1 star. I never got to use my product. One shoe was torn up and I had to throw away the other when it was delivered. The company wouldn’t replace my damaged merchandise so the review I have is I will never buy from this company again. I work hard for my money to see it just thrown away with no regard from the company. They just offered me 10% off next purchase..😡

Great looking shoe. Unique style!
The shoes were so cute, but my foot is just too tall and too wide. I REALLY wanted these to fit but I had to return them. I had hoped they would stretch wider with time, but the chain accessory prevents all possibility of that. So, even though these didn’t work for me, they arrived with fast shipping, and even the return process was great.

I wanted to love these shoes I wear a 7.5 I ordered a 7.5 they were tight in the toes & large in the heels . I would say I have narrow to medium feet. Sadly I had to return!
