CARE GUIDE

Proper care can significantly extend the life and appearance of these shoes. Here's a care guide for each material type:

Care Guide for Genuine Leather Shoes:

  1. Cleaning:

   - Wipe off dirt and dust using a soft, damp cloth.

   - For tougher stains, use a leather cleaner specifically designed for the type of leather used in your shoes.

  1. Conditioning:

   - Apply a leather conditioner to keep the leather soft, supple, and moisturized. This prevents cracking and maintains the natural sheen.

   - Use a product recommended for your specific leather type and follow the manufacturer's instructions.

  1. Polishing:

   - Polish your leather shoes occasionally to restore their shine and color.

   - Choose a polish that matches the color of your shoes and buff gently with a soft cloth.

  1. Protection:

   - Apply a water and stain repellent spray to protect against spills and moisture. Reapply as needed.

  1. Storage:

   - Store leather shoes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.

   - Use shoe trees, forms, or provided stuffing to help maintain their shape.

 

Care Guide for Genuine Suede Shoes:

  1. Brushing:

   - Use a suede brush or a soft, dry toothbrush to gently brush off dirt and restore the nap (the raised surface of the suede).

  1. Stain Removal:

   - For wet stains, blot gently with a clean, dry cloth and let the shoes air dry. Avoid using heat sources like hair dryers.

   - For dry stains, try a suede eraser or a specialized suede cleaner. Test on a small, inconspicuous area first.

  1. Protection:

   - Apply a suede protector spray to guard against water and stains. Allow the shoes to dry completely after spraying.

  1. Storage:

   - Store suede shoes in a cool, dry place. Avoid crushing them, as suede is more delicate than leather.

   - Use shoe trees, forms, or provided stuffing to maintain their shape.

Care Guide for Multimedia Shoes or other materials:

  1. Cleaning:

   - Wipe away dirt and dust using a soft, damp cloth. If the shoes have different materials, ensure the cloth is appropriate for all surfaces.

  1. Material-Specific Care:

   - Follow the care instructions for each material used in the shoes. For example, if there's leather and fabric, follow the leather care instructions for the leather parts and fabric care instructions for the fabric parts.

  1. Protection:

   - Apply appropriate protectants or sprays to the different materials. Be sure to use products that won't damage any specific material.

  1. Storage:

   - Store multimedia shoes as you would for the most delicate material used in the shoes. Separate them from other shoes to prevent potential scratching or damage.

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Diba True®. We greatly appreciate your business. To provide you with the best service possible, please follow the instructions listed below to return or exchange your item.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Shipping is FREE on all orders over $75.00.
  • Your order will be shipped the same day if placed before 2 pm CST, assuming your payment processes successfully. Holidays and weekends excluded.
  • Orders are shipped WEEKDAYS only. Weekend orders will be shipped the following Monday. Holidays excluded.
  • Expect to receive your order in 3-5 weekdays after shipment. 
  • Couriers: USPS or FedEx

 

Return Policy:

  • Returned or exchanged items MUST BE UNWORN, CLEAN, AND IN NEW CONDITION.
  • Items can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable and there is an $4.99 per order restocking fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse.
  • Refunds are always issued to the original method of payment. 
  • Start by visiting our Returns Center.
  • Items scheduled for a return / exchange outside of the current return center and return procedure are not guaranteed a refund/ exchange if items are not received.

 

Exchanges:

  • Returned or exchanged items MUST BE UNWORN, CLEAN, AND IN NEW CONDITION.
  • Items can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Visit the Returns Center and enter the order number and zip code to start your return.
  • If the style you requested is out of stock, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment and the returns fee will be applied. (see above)

Please Note:  Clearance Items and Final Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange. Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded. All purchases are final on Clearance items, E-Gift Cards, and standard Gift Cards.

 Diba Imports guarantees against manufacturer's defects for 1 year. Normal wear and tear do not qualify. If you feel the merchandise is defective and it was purchased from this website, please contact us by emailing returns@dibashoes.com with a description of the issue and images if you have them available.

Where can I send my Returns?

Please visit our returns center: https://dibatrue.happyreturns.com/ and follow the directions and a pre-paid return label will be provided for you, you can drop it off at any FedEx US locations near you our return address is 3630 Corporate Trail Dr. Earth City, MO 63045.

What if it just doesn't fit?

If the item(s) purchased on our website don't fit, you may return your unworn footwear within 30 days of the original date you received the item. There is no additional charge for an exchange. Please follow the return instructions https://dibatrue.happyreturns.com/ 

Can I get a refund if I bought the shoes at another store or website?

You can only get a REFUND from the merchant where you purchased your shoes. If you think you have a ‘factory defect’, please return the shoes to the merchant and let them know. They will handle the issue with Diba True directly. If you attempted to get a refund but were unable, and your shoes are unworn, please send an email to: returns@dibashoes.com explaining what happened and we can help you.
