Thank you for shopping with Diba True®. We greatly appreciate your business. To provide you with the best service possible, please follow the instructions listed below to return or exchange your item.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Shipping is FREE on all orders over $50.00.
  • Your order will be shipped same-day if placed before 2pm CST, assuming your payment processes successfully. Holidays and weekends excluded.
  • Orders are shipped WEEKDAYS only. Weekend orders will be shipped the following Monday. Holidays excluded.
  • Expect to receive your order in 3-5 weekdays after shipment. (*COVID-19 has delayed shipping availability please use the track you package feature for more prompt updates.) 
  • Couriers: USPS or Fedex

RETURN POLICY

  • Returned or exchanged items MUST BE UNWORN, CLEAN AND IN NEW CONDITION.
  • All items must be shipped pre-paid with a copy of the Return Merchandise Form enclosed. You may use any shipping method you chose (Fedex, UPS, USPS). Please save a copy of the tracking number once you send the item(s) back in case there are issues in transit.
  • Items can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 60 days of receiving the item. *We are temporarily extending our return policy*
  • If an exchange is requested, please write the SIZE, STYLE NAME, and COLOR of the item you would like us to send. If we do not have that information on the Return Merchandise Form, you will receive a refund when the unworn item is returned.
  • Please be aware that during the COVID-19 situation, most of our staff is working remotely. There is likely to be a delay in processing returns. Our return window has been extended to 60 days, and you will not be penalized if there is a delay in processing your return. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
  • Expect to receive your order in 1-3 weekdays depending on selections of expedited or U.S. ground shipping options. (*COVID-19 has delayed shipping availability please use the track you package feature for more prompt updates.)

Where can I send my Returns?

Please review the return policy prior to shipping items back to Diba Imports/Diba True. All returns must be accompanied by the RETURN MERCHANDISE FORM. If return form is misplaced, it can be printed from dibatrue.com/returns

What if I want to exchange it?

If the item(s) purchased on our website needs to be exchanged, you may return your unworn footwear within 30 days of the original date you received the item. Please follow the instructions above and fill out the RETURN MERCHANDISE FORM, then email us at retail@dibashoes.com to confirm that your requested exchange items are in stock. If an item is not available, we can offer a refund or credit. Please keep in mind that customers are responsible for shipping return fees.

What if there is a factory defect?

We guarantee our footwear against manufacturing defects for 30 days. While we pride ourselves on the quality in design and production of our shoes, mistakes at the factory may occur. Please contact retail@dibashoes.com with a photo, shoe style information and description of the issue and we will try our best to accommodate you. *Some Restrictions Apply.

Footwear returns must be pre-approved either by emailing us at retail@dibashoes.com or by calling (314) 373-1280. We are open Monday- Thursday10am-4pm Friday10am-2:00pm 

Can I get a refund, if I bought the shoes at another store or website?

You can only receive a REFUND from the merchant where you purchased your shoes. If you think you have a ‘factory defect’, please return the shoes to the merchant and follow their return policy. They will follow up with Diba True directly. If you attempted to get a REFUND from a merchant but were unsuccessful, please send us an email to retail@dibashoes.com with an explanation and we try our best to assist you.

Who should I contact about replacement shoe laces?

If a shoelace breaks on a pair of shoes you bought from us, please contact returns@dibashoes.com with a picture. Restrictions apply.

If I live in the Missouri area, can I shop in-store for Diba True Shoes?

You may shop or try on styles of Diba True Shoes at our retail showroom. Located inside Diba Shoe Outlet 3630 Corporate Trail Dr. Earth City, MO. Diba Shoes sits at the intersection of HWY 70 and Earth City Expressway.
