How We Do It: A Closer Look at How Our Shoes Are Made

The journey of a Diba True shoe begins with a team of highly skilled artisans. Our design team first analyzes market trends to forecast upcoming styles. From there, our sketch artist brings these ideas to life using CAD technology. Once the designs are finalized, prototype samples are crafted in a dedicated sample factory.

With the foundation set, production begins with the careful selection of colors and materials that align with current trends. To ensure the best possible fit, tolerances are measured down to the millimeter, and fit trials are conducted across various sizes. Visual approvals are required to guarantee that our production matches our sales samples.

Each pair of Diba True shoes is composed of numerous components sourced from different suppliers, all requiring skilled craftsmanship. Since our footwear features leather uppers—and often leather linings—our production relies on experienced artisans who specialize in working with leather.

In the factory, raw materials are cut, stitched, and prepared for assembly. At every stage, teams of quality control professionals monitor the process, making adjustments to maintain our high standards. Additionally, samples are sent to testing laboratories to ensure durability and craftsmanship.

On assembly day, a team of 50 to 75 craftsmen carefully transform these components into a finished pair of shoes, boots, or sandals. This phase is once again overseen by quality control professionals. Most of the production steps are completed by hand, with machines used selectively to aid the process.

Finally, the finished products move to the packing area, where they undergo one last round of quality checks to ensure both visual and technical excellence. We take immense pride in our craftsmanship and the dedication of every team member who contributes to creating a high-quality, handmade product.
